About this role
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the daily maintenance and repair of the MTR headquarters building and other offices, including assisting in supervising contractors in carrying out maintenance work related to the building, central air-conditioning system, automatic control systems, water supply and drainage systems, fire protection systems, electrical and mechanical equipment, and general wiring
- Perform emergency repairs as required
Qualifications
- Grade E / Level 2 / “Attained” or above in 5 subjects of HKCEE / HKDSE, including English and Chinese Languages
- Possess relevant technical training certificates and a Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate, with a minimum of 4 years’ relevant work experience
- Holding of Grade A Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker is highly preferable
- Safety-conscious and responsible
