Responsibilities

• Lead a team of technical staff to carry out preventive and corrective maintenance for railway signalling, radio, telecom and / or commercial communication systems to ensure train service reliability

• Support the testing and commissioning, and provide immediate and effective responses to incident recovery

• Conduct fault analysis / engineering studies, provide technical support and perform asset renewal, modification and improvement works for related systems

• Support signalling and telecom asset management activities, modification works project control as well as contract supervision
  

Requirements

• Higher Diploma / Higher Certificate in Electronic / Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
• A minimum of 8 years’ relevant railway experience, of which 3 years should be at supervisory level
• Possession of a Certificate in Railway Control Engineering Fundamentals awarded by the Institution of Railway Signal Engineers (IRSE) is preferred
  

Remarks

• Candidates with lower qualification but extensive experience will also be considered

• Required to perform shift duties and work under adverse weather and emergency situations
