About this role
Responsibilities
- Perform inspection, checking, verification and supervision on maintenance activities of Architectural, Builder Works and Finishing (ABWF) and Plumbing & Drainage System (P&D) that carried out by contractors in stations and ancillary buildings
- Provide assistance in preparing maintenance documentation in relation to safety, quality and environmental issues
Liaise with contractor, station landlords and other stakeholders to facilitate the maintenance works
Requirements
- Higher Diploma / Higher Certificate in Building or equivalent
- A minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience, of which 1 year should be at supervisory level
Good interpersonal, communication, analytical and problem solving skills are essential
Remarks
- Candidates with extensive experience but lower qualification will also be considered
- Required to perform shift duties and work on weekend and public holidays, when and where required
- Appointment will be made on two-year renewable contract terms
- The above position offers a Joining Bonus of $12,000, subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant programme

What you'll do
- The Senior Technician will perform inspections and supervision on maintenance activities related to Architectural, Builder Works, Finishing, and Plumbing & Drainage Systems. They will also assist in preparing maintenance documentation and liaise with contractors and stakeholders.
