Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day administration and supervision of cleaning, security, landscaping and concierge service contractors and frontline property management staff for investment properties managed by the Corporation
• Coordinate with the technical team to provide efficient maintenance services
• Handle enquiries and complaints by owners / tenants / shoppers
• Organise community activities, attend the Incorporated Owners meetings and other events to build and maintain positive relationship with owners

Requirements

• Degree with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in property management; OR
• Diploma with a minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience
• Strong interpersonal skill with good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficiency in various software applications, such as word processing and Microsoft Office
• Experience in managing commercial buildings is an advantage

Remarks

• Required to wear uniforms and perform shift duties on irregular patterns of hours
• Candidates with less experience or lower qualification will be considered for the Assistant Property Officer position
• The above position offers a Joining Bonus of $12,000, subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant programme
