About this role
Responsibilities
- Oversee a wide range of maintenance support activities for building facilities systems / equipment specialized in Environmental Control System, LV Electrical Services, Fire and related areas
- Review the operational and maintenance practices, conduct system performance analysis, organise technical investigation and recommend safety & reliability improvement measures
- Coordinate outsourcing activities, manage maintenance contracts, improvement projects, budgeting and cost control
- Conduct asset condition review, formulate and review asset replacement strategy, and prepare asset management reports
- Prepare maintenance & technical documents, handle safety and quality issues and implement improvement works
- Provide support to special management, engineering, technical or analysis study or review as required
- Develop, implement and review maintenance planning and control processes, including preventive and corrective maintenance programs, asset registration and monitor compliance with corporate policies and statutory requirements
Requirements
- Higher Diploma / Higher Certificate in Engineering or a related discipline, a degree in Engineering with maintenance experience in station systems is an advantage
- A minimum of 8 years’ post-graduate relevant experience, of which 3 years should be at supervisory level
Good interpersonal, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
