About this role
Responsibilities
Be responsible for day-to-day coordination, organizing, administrating and managing the project works to ensure that the works are implemented in accordance with the predetermined standards, safety requirements, programme and approved budget
Control and monitor financial expenses and budgetary issues for project works related activities and resources in terms of manpower planning and staff roster plan, etc.
Prepare project works status, technical & performance documents and reports
Handle safety & quality issues, and implement improvement work
Conduct or support special management, engineering, technical or analysis study or review as required
Requirements
Higher Diploma / Higher Certificate in Engineering or equivalent discipline, Electrical, Mechanical or Building Services Engineering are preferred
A minimum of 8 years’ post-graduate relevant experience, of which 3 years should be at supervisory level
Good interpersonal, communication, analytical and problem solving skills are essential
Engineering Degree holder with station based maintenance experience in major railway systems is an advantage
