Responsibilities

• Carry out survey monitoring within and outside railway structures to avoid excessive displacement or direct damage to the railway structures under railway protection areas to ensure safe and reliable railway operation

• Assist in preparing survey monitoring programme / report and developing monitoring proposals

Requirements

• Diploma / Certificate in Engineering Surveying or a related discipline

• A minimum of 6 years' relevant experience, of which 1 year should be at supervisory level

• Possession of a valid Hong Kong driving licence class 1 and 2 is preferred 

• Good communication and interpersonal skills with proficiency in both English and Chinese

• Knowledge of survey monitoring in tunnel environment, laser scanning, real-time monitoring and geotechnical instrumentation is an advantage

Remarks

• Candidates with lower qualification but extensive experience will also be considered

• Required to perform shift duties and work under adverse weather and emergency situations

• The above position offers a Joining Bonus of $12,000, subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant program
