About this role
Responsibilities
- Perform routine repair and maintenance at the Corporation’s managed residential property including monitoring contractors’/workers’ performance for central air-conditioning systems, automatic control systems, water supply and drainage systems, fire protection systems, electrical and mechanical equipment and general control circuits
- Coordinate with respective units on work schedules and commissioning to ensure compliance with the corporate safety requirements
- Handle related documentations and attend emergency repair as required
Requirements
- Craft Certificate or relevant certificates in a related engineering discipline
- Possession of Grade B Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker
- A minimum of 6 years' relevant work experience
- Candidates with lower qualification or less experience will be considered for the Assistant Foreman position
Remarks
- The above position offers a Joining Bonus of $12,000, subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant programme
