About this role

Responsibilities

  • Operate the Light Rail (LR) Customer Service Centres independently
  • Provide ticketing services including applications, value-adding and refund services of Octopus Cards as well as handle surcharge payment
  • Provide quality customer services and handle passenger enquiries and complaints
  • Inspect facilities and provide logistical support at LR Stops
  • Provide support in the Light Rail Local Tours and local community engagement activities for LR and Bus Operations


Requirements

  • Grade E / Level 2 / “Attained” or above in 5 subjects of HKCEE / HKDSE, including English and Chinese Languages
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience, preferably gained in customer service related industries
  • Customer-centric mindset with effective and empathetic communication skills

Remarks

The above position offers a Joining Bonus of HK$12,000, subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant programme
