Responsibilities:
- Undertake Capital & Revenue Works involving Builders and ABWF works, C&C system, ECS, lift and escalator, electrical & mechanical, fire services, plumbing & drainage installation within operating railway environment
- Assist in reviewing designer’s submissions of design documentation, tender preparation, site supervision and inspection
- Carry out day-to-day contract administration and necessary liaison works with various relevant parties and all interfaces with internal and external parties of relevant disciplines to ensure successful delivery of works within budget and on time in compliance with safety and quality requirements
Requirements
- Degree in Building / Civil / Building Services / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in railway construction and project management
- Experience in operating railway projects and knowledge of multi-discipline railway systems are advantages
Remarks
- Appointment will be made on two-year renewable contract terms
