Responsibilities

• Perform survey monitoring of the railway structures and check the setting-out of construction works carried out in areas under railway protection surveillance

• Maintain survey equipment, plan / coordinate jobs and ensure the quality of works / records

• Conduct land surveying tasks and geotechnical instrumentation monitoring
   

Requirements

• Higher Diploma / Higher Certificate in Land Surveying or a related discipline

• A minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience, of which 3 years should be at supervisory level

• Knowledge of survey monitoring in tunnel environment, laser scanning, real-time monitoring and geotechnical instrumentation is an advantage

• Good communication and interpersonal skills with proactiveness and the ability to work independently

Remarks

• Candidates with lower qualification but extensive experience will also be considered

• Required to perform shift duties and work under adverse weather and emergency situations
