Position Overview - Basic Functions & Responsibility
Work closely with global partners, our company HHI commercial operations and BE cross teams to support global platform "PEP & TSTD" landing, roll-out, change request implementation successfully in our company. Optimize and simplify the sales operation process to improve efficiency. Provide actionable suggestions based on business insights and project learning, drive platform iteration implementation, and empower sales operations from strategy to execution.
The Core Responsibilities are:
Work as a PEP & TSTD project manager to connect with global partner and BE cross teams to land, roll-out, implement change request in our company.
Work closely with BE incentive team to implement quarterly incentive plan iteration.
Work closely with BE BP & PE team to implement quarterly territory design & target setting iteration.
Monitor and manage platform iteration or project progress proactively.
Support Ad-hoc business data analysis.
Qualifications:
Excellent command of written English and communication verbal English.
Bachelor's degree or above. A minimum of 5+ years of demonstrated strong capabilities and experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
Hands-on experience in territory design, targeting setting methodology, incentive management, and business insights.
Demonstrates capacity to learn and understand sales operation strategy.
Skills in project management and good cross-functional collaborations.
Ability to constantly self-challenge and challenge others in a constructive way.
Show integrity, tenacity, resilience, and adaptability in complex situations and an often changing environment; is able to handle pressure and commit to and respect deadlines.
