Pracownik Produkcji

Rola i kluczowe obowiązki:

1)    Obsługa urządzenia laserowego drukującego kolczyki dla zwierząt,

2)    Obsługa oprogramowania na urządzeniach laserowych,

3)    Obsługa urządzeń do produkcji półproduktów wykorzystywanych przy produkcji kolczyków,

4)    Bieżąca kontrola jakości produkowanych kolczyków (właściwy kolor i faktura druku) lub półproduktów,

5)    Staranne wypełnianie dokumentów towarzyszących produkcji, raportowanie produkcji w programie Flex Reporting,

6)    Pakowanie kolczyków dla odbiorcy zgodnie z listą produkcyjną (zgodność numerów i ilości kolczyków dla danego hodowcy),

7)    Pakowanie odpowiednich dokumentów dla poszczególnych odbiorców, oznaczenie kopert i kartonów właściwymi naklejkami,

8)    Przygotowanie przesyłek do wysyłki,

9)    Rejestracja w systemie odpadów (wadliwych surowców, półproduktów),

10) Znajomość asortymentu na wydziale Laserów

11) Czynna współpraca przy projektach Lean (5S, Koła Jakości, Kaizen, Kanban itp.),

12) Przestrzeganie zasad BHP, dostosowywanie się do wyznaczonych standardów oraz informowanie o potencjalnych zagrożeniach,

13) Informowanie o kluczowych problemach bezpośredniego przełożonego,

14) Dbałość o powierzone mienie oraz utrzymywanie stanowiska pracy w należytej czystości.

15)  Osiąganie wydajności pracy zgodnie z założeniami planu produkcji.
