About this role

Your Team Responsibilities

We focus on multi-asset class investing, spanning equities, fixed income, private assets, and liquid alternatives. The team develops multi-asset investment strategies that serve as the foundation for scalable Multi-Asset Class (MAC) index solutions, combining rigorous research with practical implementation considerations.

In addition, we lead research on asset allocation, with a primary focus on total portfolio allocation. Our work helps investors navigate complex portfolio decisions by integrating capital market assumptions, long-term investment objectives, and cross-asset interactions into coherent, investable frameworks.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct research and develop prototypes of Multi-Asset Class (MAC) investment strategies addressing a range of client investment problems.
  • Research and prototype total portfolio allocation solutions, including capital market assumptions, asset allocation design, multi-asset factor frameworks, and optimization techniques.
  • Collaborate closely with index, analytics, data, product management, and client coverage teams to translate research into scalable, client-ready solutions.
  • Support and drive client engagements, contributing investment insights and helping position multi-asset solutions in client discussions.

Your skills and experience that will help you excel

  • PhD or advanced degree in finance, physics, mathematics, statistics, operations research, economics, or another quantitative discipline.

  • We welcome candidates from diverse academic and professional backgrounds and value skills, curiosity, and motivation over titles or rigid career paths.

  • 2–3+ years of relevant experience in quantitative research, investment research, or a related field.

  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills.

  • Excellent quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

  • A deep interest in empirical research and applying data-driven insights to real-world investment problems.
