COORDENADOR DE TERMINAL - DEPOT SANTOS
Estamos em busca de COORDENADOR DE TERMINAL - DEPOT SANTOS para atuar em Santos.
Principais deveres e responsabilidades:
- Coordenar as operações de containers (gate in/out, pátio, reparo) e cargas gerais (armazenagem, estufagens, desovas).
- Garantir o atendimento das metas de produtividade, tempo de ciclo, capacidade e ocupação;
- Liderar os encarregados e suas equipes, promovendo alinhamento e desenvolvimento;
- Gerenciar escalas e cobertura dos turnos operacionais;
- Participar do planejamento das janelas de gate conforme capacidade do terminal e demandas comerciais;
- Assegurar o cumprimento das normas de segurança, qualidade e meio ambiente;
- Propor e acompanhar planos de melhoria contínua nos processos operacionais;
- Apoiar a gerência na elaboração de relatórios, análises e estratégias operacionais.
Qualificações exigidas:
- Ensino superior completo em Administração de Empresas, Logística, Comércio Exterior, Relações Internacionais e áreas correlatas;
- Inglês Avançado;
- Conhecimento em Pacote Office 365;
- Certificações em Melhoria Contínua de Processos, incluindo formações nos níveis Yellow Belt, Green Belt, Black Belt e Master Black Belt em Lean Six Sigma.
