The Performance Marketing Manager will drive North America’s B2C digital performance media strategy to efficiently drive Explora bookings, revenue, qualified web sessions, and leads. The Manager is responsible for planning and optimizing digital marketing spend through the funnel, in partnership with external agency resources, North America stakeholders, and counterparts in our Geneva Headquarters to deliver goals within budget. The ideal candidate is highly data-driven, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing complex media campaigns at scale.
