The position acts as a key interface between local marketing needs, corporate digital teams, external creative agencies, and the media center, ensuring alignment, performance monitoring, and continuous optimization of digital initiatives. This role has a strong focus on content management, creative ownership of the proprietary website, digital campaigns, and direct marketing activities supported by CRM systems.
• Campaign Coordination- Support and execute digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, leads, and conversions; coordinate local campaigns aligned with global strategy; manage digital campaigns with agencies and media partners; translate business goals into clear briefs; monitor timelines and performance; and stay current on digital marketing trends and best practices.
• Website & Content Management- Manage and update website content, ensure quality and brand consistency, support creation of digital assets, and analyze website performance and user behavior to improve engagement and results.
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO) – Performance Analysis & Local Alignment- Review and analyze SEO performance, monitor organic traffic and keyword trends with a local focus, collaborate with the corporate SEO team to adapt global strategies, and support website and content optimization with market-specific insights.
• Search Engine Marketing (SEM) – Reporting Analysis & Local Campaign Support- Analyze corporate SEM performance reports, evaluate campaign effectiveness against local objectives, provide data-driven recommendations, support localization of ads and landing pages, and serve as a liaison between local marketing teams and corporate SEM specialists.
• Social Media Marketing- Coordinate social media campaigns with agencies, create and publish engaging content, monitor community engagement and performance, and ensure social media activities align with broader digital and brand goals.
• Email & Direct Marketing (CRM-driven)- Supports CRM-led email and direct marketing campaigns, manage audience segmentation and personalization, support lead nurturing and retention, and analyze performance to optimize campaigns based on insights.
• Online Advertising- Coordinate and support online advertising initiatives, monitor performance, and ensure that campaigns align with objectives and budgets.
• Data Analysis & Reporting- Track and analyze digital performance using analytics tools, prepare regular reports across channels, and provide insights and recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness.
• Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging, coordinate with corporate teams and external partners, and support alignment between global digital strategies and local execution.
• 3 years’ experience in a or similar role.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Knowledge of an Eastern European language (spoken and/or written) is considered a strong plus.
• Proven experience in web marketing or digital marketing roles.
• Experience with online advertising platforms and social media management.
• Experience with email marketing and CRM tools.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Right to work in Italy.
