Your Purpose

MSC Cruises, the world’s third largest cruise line brand is expanding its Talent Acquisition department, reflecting its rapid growth in the US market.  As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for attracting, evaluating, and hiring exceptional talent across various teams.  This role is ideal for a recruiter who has a track record in process optimization, is passionate about using metrics to enhance recruitment strategies and has recruited a large number of marketing/sales roles.

This position will suit a seasoned recruiter who lives within commuting range of downtown Miami, FL.  Schedule is 4 days / week in office.

Your Impact

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for key positions across multiple teams, including leadership positions. 
Develop meaningful relationships with hiring managers including senior leaders, becoming a trusted Talent Acquisition partner and advisor 
Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific talent needs, develop job descriptions, and craft effective recruitment strategies. Provide data-driven recommendations on how to attract and evaluate the best candidates.
Use analytics tools and recruiting metrics to track and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, source of hire, and candidate conversion rates. 
Partner with TA and HR leadership to streamline and optimize hiring processes. 
Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. Use both traditional and innovative sourcing methods (social media, job boards, employee referrals, networking) and leverage data to refine sourcing strategies for maximum impact.
Conduct market research and stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices.
Conduct in-depth candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications, cultural fit, and technical skills. 
Leverage data and feedback to optimize candidate engagement, reduce time-to-hire, and enhance the overall candidate experience.
Lead the offer process by advising hiring managers on compensation packages, negotiating complex offers with senior candidates, and ensuring a smooth transition from offer acceptance to onboarding.
Ensure a positive, transparent, and professional experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process. Provide timely feedback and keep candidates informed at every stage.

Your Journey so far

5+ years’ experience in staffing corporate positions for large organizations.  Experience gained within talent acquisition team (100% staffing firm experience not preferred) 
Local to Miami, able to work in office 4 days/week, parking provided. Full-time hours. 
Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a proven track record of hiring for diverse roles across sales, marketing, procurement, IT etc. 
Demonstrated ability to use data and analytics to assess recruitment metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Proficiency with Excel or other data analysis tools and experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics tools.
Extensive experience with various sourcing methods (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, direct outreach, etc.). Able to leverage data to optimize sourcing channels and strategies.
Strong interviewing skills with the ability to assess both technical and soft skills. Experience conducting competency-based, behavioral, and situational interviews.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex insights in a clear and actionable manner. Proven track record in building relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Strong organizational and time-management skills. Able to handle multiple recruiting processes simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and ensuring a high standard of candidate quality.
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as SuccessFactors, Workday or Greenhouse and experience with recruiting analytics platforms like LinkedIn Talent Insights, Google Analytics, or other performance-tracking tools.
A degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred
