The Hotel Services Intern will play a pivotal role in supporting the department's initiatives by conducting in-depth analytics and guest data analysis. This position is designed to provide critical insights that empower the team to make informed decisions, enhance guest experiences, and implement impactful changes. By leveraging analytical skills and a detail-oriented approach, the intern will contribute to driving the success and efficiency of Hotel Services operations.
• Turndown Project Support: Analyse guest satisfaction and data to support the implementation of the Turn down project, projected to save the company €3.5 million annually.
• Virtual Concierge Implementation: Assist Guest Services in rolling out the Virtual Concierge, optimising guest satisfaction by providing timely and accurate responses, and reducing lines and friction onboard.
• Data Analysis & Insights: Examine guest satisfaction and behavioural data to identify trends and actionable insights.
• Optimise the Virtual Concierge system’s features to ensure high adoption rates.
• Innovation Support: Provide data-driven insights to help the team implement and scale innovations effectively.
• Strategic Planning Assistance: Consolidate data from Yacht Club, Housekeeping, Guest Services, and Groups & Events into a comprehensive 2025 strategy with actionable outcomes.
• Pursuing a degree in Hospitality Management, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; any other language is a plus
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration and presentation of insights.
• Proactive mindset with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, or similar platforms.
• EU passport or work permit for Switzerland.
