The Senior Director collaborates with the team to ensure the commercial viability of all projects from concept to operation, maximizing revenue, optimizing asset performance, and strengthening the company’s market presence in the global cruise and travel industry.

Your Impact

1) Commercial Strategy & Growth

  • Negotiate multi-year commercial agreements aligned with the company’s financial targets.

3) Revenue Management & Asset Optimization

  • Oversee pricing strategy, berth allocation, passenger fees, concession agreements, and ancillary revenue streams;
  • Lead performance optimization for terminals and port operations—improving yields, occupancy, and profitability;
  • Partner with Operating Assets’ Management and Company’s Finance Dpt. to ensure commercial targets align with capacity, service levels, and cost structures.

4) Project Development & Investment Support

  • Provide commercial leadership during master planning, design, and construction phases of new cruise terminals or infrastructure upgrades;
  • Assess commercial risk and return for new projects, supporting investment committees and board approvals;
  • Ensure that customer experience, retail mix, and layout decisions maximize long-term value.

5) Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead a high-performing commercial team across business development, sales, partnerships, and contract management;
  • Establish KPIs, reporting tools, and revenue dashboards;
  • Drive a culture of performance, accountability, and customer focus.

Your Journey so far

  • 10–15+ years of experience in commercial leadership roles within cruise lines, ports, aviation, travel infrastructure, or large-scale hospitality;
