Your Purpose

Explora Journeys is a vibrant, cosmopolitan, European luxury brand, imagined in the heart of Swiss hospitality in Geneva. Leveraging our parent company MSC Group’s hundreds of years of maritime expertise, our fleet of six luxury ships (four currently in the pipeline) are being built and designed in a totally different and unique way that will transform and redefine the cruise experience, creating a category of its own, appealing to the next generation of luxury travellers. 

An exciting opportunity exists for a talented Business Integration Professional to join our newly created luxury travel brand Explora Journeys. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Integration Associate Manager to join our team. This role plays a key part in ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams and business processes. The ideal candidate will support pre- and post-journey operations, oversee payment collections, assist with incident management, and help ensure a smooth experience for both customers and internal stakeholders. 

Your Impact

- Collaborate with executive leadership, business unit leaders, and functional teams (IT, Marketing, Commercial, Sales, Finance, Legal, Operations) to align and execute integration plans.
- Develop and manage detailed integration roadmaps, timelines, and success metrics.
- Identify and mitigate integration risks, resolve issues, and ensure effective stakeholder communication.
- Monitor synergy realization (cost savings, revenue enhancements) and report performance against company goals.
- Drive process harmonization and technology system integration between business teams/organizations.
- Act as a liaison between acquiring and acquired teams to foster a collaborative and culturally aligned.
- Provide post-integration support and lessons learned analysis to continuously improve integration playbooks.

Your Journey so far

You have minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar Business Integration Role preferably in the Luxury or Luxury Hospitality/Travel Industry

- Strong knowledge of business functions and enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM).
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
