- Responsible for managing & maintaining smooth facility operations
- Handling Multiple sites
- overseeing contracts and service providers for functions such as catering, cleaning, supplies, building, security, and AMC
- work on the measures to improve the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of the facility
- supervising teams of staff across different divisions and assist supervisor to achieve the department goals
- ensuring that basic facilities are well-maintained and conducting proactive maintenance
- dealing with emergencies as they arise
- ensuring that facilities meet compliance standards & developer regulations
- coherently work along with stakeholders for day-to-day requirement
- overseeing any renovations, refurbishments, and building projects
- Adherence with existing policy and process of WPS
