We are seeking a Residential Electrical Helper to join our team and assist the electrical team to perform a variety of electrical service work across NYC. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in the field while maintaining excellent communication with supervisors and customers.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Assist in performing Main Service Panel (MSP) upgrades, relocations, and service updates.
- Replace feeders, breakers, and other residential electrical components as needed.
- Travel daily to customer locations across New York City.
- Ensure all electrical work complies with local codes, safety standards, and company procedures.
- Communicate effectively with field supervisors, project managers, and customers.
- Document completed work with photos and written notes in the company system.
- Maintain a professional and solution-focused approach to problem solving.
Qualifications
Requirements
- 3+ years of residential electrical experience.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a company vehicle.
- Strong understanding of residential electrical systems and service upgrades.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable using mobile apps and digital tools for communication and reporting.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move electrical materials and equipment.
