High volume title company is looking for a marketing and sales representative to join our North Carolina team. Applicant must be able to work within a high energy, high paced environment while always maintaining professionalism.

• Strategic development and execution of marketing opportunities and projects
• · Employ marketing analytic techniques to gather data (social media, web analytics, internal data etc.) as well as analyze the effectiveness of current marketing methods; and procedures and develop new methods and procedures
• · Ability to approach new people and situations with ease in order to build strong client relationships, including networking with lenders and law firms throughout North Carolina
• · Undertake daily administrative tasks and communication with internal staff to ensure the functionality, performance and implementation of all marketing activities
• · Organize promotional events, including traditional, digital campaigns, and social media outlets
• · Participation in the development and implementation of marketing ideas and other activities as related to business development needs

• Presents self in a professional manner and have the ability to interact with all levels of internal business and outside clients
• · Excellent communication skills, verbally and written, to facilitate business development
• · Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
• · Strong time management skills
• · Understanding of business and marketing concepts and knowing how to apply them
• · Team player
• · Comprehension and communication to all parties regarding marketing principles
• · Ability to communicate and build relationships with a varied audience, including other staff members, professional clients, and outside parties
