The Software Application Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the Point Of Sale System, Siriusware, across multiple resort locations. The application manager ensures that products are configured correctly and working as expected across our desktop application, mobile and e-commerce sites. Open to candidates within states that we operate in including Colorado, New Mexico, Arizona, and Utah.
Essential Duties/ Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of the Point of Sale System (POS)
Create and maintain items for resort teams across multiple departments.
Maintain and improve processes.
Serve as the point of contact for local IT staff at our resorts.
Work with on site resort staff to remotely troubleshoot POS software issues.
Work with on site resort staff to remotely troubleshoot POS hardware issues, such as terminals and scanners
Test changes in desktop, e-commerce and mobile environments for functionality and usability
Create documentation and training materials
Translate non-technical requirements into technical business requirements
Test custom applications, troubleshoot and provide feedback to the development team
Installing and maintaining custom applications
Design and publish custom SQL reports in SRSS

QualificationsExperience:
Required:
Minimum of two years of experience working with Siriusware
Preferred:
Five or more years of experience working with Siriusware
Skills and Abilities:
Must be able to work weekends and Holidays
Knowledge of HTML and CSS
Knowledge of SQL
Basic programming (python preferred) skills
Active directory knowledge
Google workspace knowledge
Basic understanding of networking (vlans, switches, vpn tunnels and firewalls)
Ability to take initiative and work independently
Strong attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills
