The Contractor will provide adhoc services as requested by the Consultant, which may include: 

• Technical specialist support on projects as required
• Continuation to serve as a Director on the Board of Director for Mott MacDonald Malaysia
• Continue to maintain Professional Engineer with Practising Certificate (PEPC) certification to serve as a Director
• Transitionary support to incoming project leadership members pre-existing projects
• Advisory support on proposals or business development as required
