Job Description

Especialista de soporte sala de despacho con turno 7x7

Es responsable por realizar la atención a usuarios de centro de despacho, los mantenimientos, reparaciones e instalación de los sistemas de radiocomunicación indicados, brindando seguridad al cliente,  respondiendo en forma oportuna y acorde a los tiempos y plazos establecidos.

También instala equipos e instrumentos de telecomunicaciones, respetando las normas de seguridad y calidad establecidas por la compañía, y en los plazos que establece el proyecto. Interiorizarse y manejar los tópicos relacionados con los distintos sistemas de telecomunicaciones.

Se encarga de efectuar tareas de mantenimiento para los equipos que apliquen al proyecto y de los diferentes sitios de despacho de acuerdo a la zona geográfica donde se encuentre operativo. Ejecutar tareas de mantenimiento frente a fallas detectadas y deja registro por cada orden de trabajo designada según el tipo de mantenimiento realizado.

Basic Requirements

  • Titulo de Técnico en Electrónica, Electricidad, Telecomunicaciones, Informática o carrera afín.
  • Deseable conocimientos en  Telecomunicaciones, Sistema Astro 25, Conocimientos en redes y telecomunicaciones. Deseable experiencia en minería.
