Department Overview

The Accounts Payable Department is responsible for all accounting services for Motorola suppliers and employees. The Motorola Finance Center in Krakow is a part of our global network of Finance Operations Center (F.O.C.) which provides world-class finance, accounting, and purchasing services to all Motorola entities. It is a dynamic environment where your ideas and input will be valued and where you will do some of the best work of your life.

Job Description

• Review and process recurring payment runs

• ​Conduct necessary actions in order to process the payment

• Assist with issues related to the payment process

• Assist with the ongoing development of AP processes

• Internal and External audit support

• Cash monitoring for 3rd party payments

• Other duties as required

Basic Requirements

• Very good command of English (verbal and written)

• Proficient Excel skills

• Experience required: min 1 year of relevant experience

• Educational Requirements: Bachelor/Masters Degree (completed or in progress)

• Very good communication skills

• Process-oriented with solid problem-solving and analytical skills

• Ability to multi-task

• Availability to accommodate a mixed shift schedule
