If you have energy, passion for quality and a real desire to deliver exceptional results you will do well here.</p><p>The focus of the Brand Development Manager role is to provide transformational guidance and high impact coaching in order to support the Burger King teams across their region to deliver overall unit performance. The role will require an ability to think beyond the core operational elements in order to effectively motivate and inspire a team to achieve breakthrough results.</p><p><strong>What you can expect in return:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Company Car</p></li><li><p>25 days holiday plus bank holidays</p></li><li><p>Health insurance, Life Assurance, enhanced maternity, and paternity pay</p></li><li><p>Up to 60% discount for you, your partner as well as your family and friends</p></li></ul><p><strong>As the Brand Development Manager, you will be responsible for:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Provide transformational guidance and high impact coaching, in order to support the operational teams across the estate to achieve overall unit performance.</p></li><li><p>Build people capability across your stores, through a focus on functional know how, and leadership competencies.</p></li><li><p>Partner with the brand manager, and brand team, to drive laser focussed action, to cultivate talent and unlock capability.</p></li><li><p>Create clear and robust long term succession plans, to grow people capability.</p></li><li><p>Drive the brand, by leveraging the team’s capability to maximise individual and team growth.</p></li><li><p>Champion both the Moto and brand culture at all levels, casting a leadership shadow to pull others closer to our Moto leadership competencies and values.</p></li><li><p>Drive a culture of recognition.</p></li><li><p>Encourage a strong focus on guest experience, to elevate our business to achieve our mission to “transform the UKs rest stop experience”, ensuring our teams deliver world class service to every customer.</p></li><li><p>To ensure that we deliver industry leading standards with respect to both health and safety and food regulations in our restaurants.</p></li><li><p>Analyse store performance to identify the root cause of opportunity and deliver improved results through the teams.</p></li><li><p>Ensure we deliver first class operating standards, and drive brand measures.</p></li><li><p>Support the brand to ensure stores don’t present any risk to Moto or brand partners, and where they do, lead immediate and impactful actions to quickly fix.</p></li><li><p>Identify and develop commercial action plans that drive sustainable sales growth for the business and maximise a sales culture at all levels.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Our Brand Development Manager will need:</strong></p><ul><li><p>You will have previous or current Burger King experience.</p></li><li><p>People focussed on all levels and able to build rapport and relationships.</p></li><li><p>Strong team leading experience.</p></li><li><p>Self-awareness of strengths and development areas and be able to show humility when discussing and sharing opportunities.</p></li><li><p>Have the drive and energy to engage, inspire and communicate with the teams and your peers, to create a shared vision.</p></li><li><p>Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise objectives from different sources.</p></li><li><p>Ability to flex leadership style, to engage with individuals at every level of our business.</p></li><li><p>Ability to think beyond the core operational elements, in order to effectively motivate and inspire a team, to achieve break through results.</p></li><li><p>IT skills intermediate level: Word, Power Point, Excel spreadsheets</p></li><li><p>Ability to work remotely yet establish and maintain lasting relationships throughout the wider Moto team.</p></li></ul><p>We offer flexible working arrangements, including full or part time hours, as well as wherever we can compress or a fixed shift pattern to support your work life balance.</p><p>Where our customer’s journey pauses, yours just begins.</p><p>Ready to start your journey with us? <strong>APPLY NOW!</strong></p><figure><img src="https://images.teamtailor-cdn.com/images/s3/teamtailor-production/original-v3/image_uploads/da247395-fad7-4788-9a92-8d66a0c2ffa9/original.jpeg" alt="" title=""></figure><p><strong>INDCS</strong></p>
