Stellenbeschreibung

Mit Ihrem Talent bereiten Sie unseren Gästen einen wundervollen Aufenthalt. Neben der Betreuung an Bar und in der One Lounge haben Sie dabei folgende Aufgaben:

  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen und schnellen Serviceablaufs
  • Beratung und aktiver Verkauf des Motel One Lounge Angebots zur Erreichung des Umsatzbudgets in der One Lounge
  • Abteilungsübergreifende Einblicke in neue Tätigkeitsbereiche durch die Zusammenarbeit in unseren multikulturellen Teams

Qualifikationen

Ob als Hotelprofi oder im Quereinstieg – Sie passen zu uns! Denn Persönlichkeit und Gastgeberqualitäten stehen bei uns an erster Stelle! Außerdem zeichnen Sie aus:

  • Berufserfahrung in der Hotellerie/Gastronomie oder Interesse an einem Quereinstieg
  • Offenes, kommunikatives Auftreten sowie Gastgeberqualitäten und Leidenschaft für die Hotellerie
  • Flexibilität und Kreativität sowie ein hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein auch in stressigen Situationen
  • Teamfähigkeit und Bereitschaft abteilungsübergreifend zu unterstützen – Wir erreichen unsere Erfolge gemeinsam
