Zur Verstärkung unseres Finance & Investments / M&A Teams suchen wir einen Associate (m/w/d), der unser Wachstum aktiv mitgestaltet und von Beginn an tief in Investitions- und Transaktionsprozesse eingebunden ist.
Stellenbeschreibung
Deine Aufgaben:
Investments / M&A
- Aktive Mitwirkung entlang des gesamten Deal-Lifecycles: von der Identifikation potenzieller Investitions- und Akquisitionsmöglichkeiten über Analyse, Execution und Closing bis hin zur Post-Merger Integration
- Analyse und Bewertung von Investment-, Development- und M&A-Opportunitäten mittels Finanzmodellen (z. B. DCF, Szenario- und Sensitivitätsanalysen)
- Durchführung des financial underwriting von Entwicklungsprojekten und Akquisitionen
- Unterstützung bei M&A-Transaktionen, inkl. Markt- und Zielanalyse, Unternehmensbewertung sowie (Financial) Due Diligence & Deal Structuring
- Vorbereitung von Investment- und Entscheidungsunterlagen (z. B. Investment Memos, Management- und Investorenpräsentationen)
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen sowie externen Beratern (Investmentbanken, Rechtsanwälte, Due-Diligence-Provider)
Strategic Growth & Initiatives
- Mitarbeit an strategischen Wachstums- und Expansionsprojekten innerhalb der Motel One Group
- Analytische Unterstützung der Geschäftsleitung bei wesentlichen Investitions- und Unternehmensentscheidungen
- Projektmanagement im Rahmen von Investitions- und Transformationsprojekten mit hoher strategischer Relevanz
Finance
- Finanzmodellierung, Forecasting und Szenario-Analysen zur Unterstützung von strategischen Investitions- und Wachstumsentscheidungen
- Erstellung von Reports und Präsentationen für interne und externe Stakeholder, insbesondere Investoren
- Unterstützung bei ausgewählten gruppenweiten Finanzthemen (z. B. Liquiditätsplanung, Hedging-Strategien, Performance-Analysen)
Qualifikationen
Deine Profil:
- Abgeschlossenes Bachelor- oder Masterstudium in Finance, Wirtschaft, Accounting oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
- 1–3 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im Investment Banking, Corporate Finance / M&A, Transaction Advisory, Private Equity oder einem vergleichbaren Umfeld
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Financial Modelling und Unternehmensbewertung
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Investitions- und Transaktionsprozessen (z. B. Due Diligence, Deal-Strukturierung)
- Analytische Stärke, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und hoher Qualitätsanspruch
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie sicheres Auftreten gegenüber internen und externen Stakeholdern
- Proaktive, unternehmerische Denkweise und Freude an der Arbeit in einem dynamischen Umfeld
