About This Role
We are seeking a motivated and community-minded Financial Advisor who is humble, known for integrity, and confident in building strong client relationships. The ideal candidate is newer to the industry but already holds a Series 7 and 66 license, ready to grow a book of business while putting clients first.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain a book of business through local networking and client development
- Conduct in-depth financial assessments and design personalized investment strategies
- Provide expert guidance on retirement planning, tax strategies, insurance, estate planning, and more
- Monitor client portfolios and adjust plans as needed based on goals and market conditions.
- Maintain strict compliance with FINRA/SEC regulations, as well as company standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Stay informed on financial products, market trends, and regulatory changes
Qualifications:
- Series 7 and 66 licenses required
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred (comparable sales or wealth management experience considered)
- Life & Health Insurance License preferred or ability to obtain within 90 days
- Strong interpersonal skills with a heart for service and a reputation for trustworthiness
- Drive to prospect, grow, and maintain long-term client relationships
