Loadout Operator
The ideal candidate will efficiently manage bulk railcar loading and unloading operations, ensuring smooth movement of railcars using Car haul/Shuttle wagon and Front-End Loader. Additionally, maintaining a clean and organized work environment through effective housekeeping practices is essential
What you’ll do?
70%: Safely operate loadout, including tasks such as operating the loader, car haul/shuttle wagon, loading railcars, and locking out equipment.
15%: Actively participate in all safety programs to ensure a secure working environment.
5%: Perform general area housekeeping duties to maintain cleanliness and organization.
5%: Safely unload off-spec railcars to ensure proper handling and storage.
5%: Mentor other team members to foster a collaborative and knowledgeable workforce
What you’ll need:
Education: Grade 12
Certifications: Loader, harness, loadout, warehouse, shuttle wagon, and lockout training
Experience/Knowledge:
Loadout and railroad experience
Mechanical abilities
Loader operation experience
Computer Skills: Proficient in Outlook
Skills & Abilities:
Reliable, safe, and positive attitude

Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a modified schedule
Safety-minded
