Do you enjoy getting hands-on with technology? Do you enjoy troubleshooting and solving problems? In this role you will assist with IT tasks and projects, including implementing, upgrading, maintaining, and supporting a variety of technology as part of our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a love of technology.</p>

<h3>RESPONSIBILITIES:</h3>
<ul>
<li>
<p>IT Helpdesk ticket support</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Onboarding of new employees</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Manage Poly VTC Systems</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Assisting with new system implementation</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>System troubleshooting</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Helping to configure, manage and maintain Linux and Windows servers</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Assist with IT projects and upgrades, including planning and project rollout support</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Becoming familiar with IT security and data protection</p>
</li>
</ul>
<h3>Requirements:</h3>
<ul>
<li>
<p>US Citizenship Required</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Working towards a BS or BA degree in Computer Networking, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related subject</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Familiarity with MacOS X, Linux and Windows Operating Systems.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Understanding of Networks.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Experience working with virtual machines and containers.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Experience with shell scripting on *nix systems.</p>
</li>
