Principal Site Reliability Engineer

As a Principal Site Reliability Engineer, you’ll be at the heart of building secure, scalable, and resilient systems that keep our platforms running flawlessly—and help us push the boundaries of what’s possible with AI.
What You’ll Do
Architect and oversee highly scalable, secure systems that power our financial solutions.
Build and optimize AWS infrastructure, strengthen security posture, and implement robust disaster recovery strategies.
Champion Infrastructure-as-Code and secure networking practices.
Administer Linux and Windows servers for peak performance.
Lead incident management, ensuring rapid resolution and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with multiple development teams to enhance reliability and quality.
Explore and integrate emerging technologies, especially AI, to drive innovation.
What Makes You a Great Fit
Technical Expertise:
Deep experience with AWS architecture and services.
Proficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation).
Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows administration, networking, and security.
Familiarity with AI technologies and their enterprise applications.
Core Competencies:
Proven ability to deliver high-quality solutions at scale.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Collaborative mindset, excellent communication skills, and leadership ability.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
8+ years in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Infrastructure roles.
Demonstrated success in designing and managing large-scale, secure cloud environments.
AI knowledge is a big plus.
