We are looking for an experienced, motivated and ambitious digital marketing manager to join our global marketing team. This role will help to oversee and execute the digital marketing plan, and will mainly focus on the website, SEO/SEM and social channels. They will utilise the marketing strategy and website analytics to monitor site performance, create commercially successful website journeys and help to support business needs and KPIs.
Responsibilities
· Understand customer needs and competitor activities.
· Optimize user experience (UX) and conversion rates (CRO).
· Create compelling digital content promotion and manage brand continuity on the website.
· Oversee implementation of the plan directly working with marketing colleagues by supporting their campaign/demand gen strategies and helping to deliver value adding lead generating/brand building activity
· Use innovative technologies to promote online content to customers and prospects
· Working with the demand gen lead, help to successfully execute SEM/PPC online campaigns to help drive awareness, purchase, penetration and retention of products and services
· Working with the in-house marketing team to develop multi-channel / integrated marketing campaigns
· Ensure that the design and content of the website is correctly branded, relevant and compelling and is optimised to achieve traffic and create leads. Setting up and managing website content, providing web analysis and evaluation, and report to senior leadership on performance and insights.
Requirements
· Hands-On Capability: Ability to be involved in execution while leading. A keen eye for detail, and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
· Strategic Thinking: Planning and linking marketing to business outcomes and KPIs aligned with business objectives.
· Digital Proficiency: Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, Social, Email).
· Data-Driven Approach: Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions.
· Leadership & Communication: Excellent people management and stakeholder communication.
· Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with sales, product, design, and ops teams for cohesive messaging and integrated campaigns.
· Technology & Innovation: Implement marketing technology (MarTech), maintain brand consistency, and explore new digital opportunities.
Job Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant field
· A minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in digital marketing and web analytics
· Experience in managing projects simultaneously across different verticals
· Experience in managing both internal and external stakeholders
