•  Lead QE team for Middle Office service and data components for Wealth Management
• Own entire STLC for regular release and key projects
• Ensure guardrails are laid out and processes are adhered for production stability
• Measure KPIs and demonstrate continuous improvement in efficiency and productivity of team
• Oversee junior team members and consultants
• Collaborate closely with Tech and business stakeholders
• Utilize Automation and Gen AI effectively demonstrating ROI
• Manage risks proactively
• Provide regular executive updates

• Hands on automation expertise in API and Data test automation – Java, Python, SQL with a career experience of 12-16 years
• Atleast 6+ years of relevant work experience to perform this role.
• Preferably in LINUX, ICEDQ, Jmeter
• Deep domain expertise in capital markets
• Thorough testing concepts, test planning, test strategy building, building frameworks, STLC
• Strong Leadership, leading by example and building high performing team
• Transforming team by means of improving culture, strengthening processes, coverage, right use of automation and innovation
• At least 6 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role. 
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Sense of ownership, accountability and flexibility with focus on problem solving
