Regional Service Manager Role
Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for property maintenance? Join Morgan Properties as a Regional Service Manager and lead a dynamic team while ensuring excellence across multiple communities.
Your Role:
- Oversee maintenance operations across the region
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of skilled technicians
- Ensure compliance with maintenance standards and safety regulations
- Build relationships with vendors and negotiate service contracts
- Monitor performance and implement continuous improvements
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years in maintenance leadership
- Strong technical expertise (HVAC, plumbing, electrical)
- Leadership skills with a focus on team development
- HVAC certification and/or boiler license a plus
