Morgan Properties is hiring an Area Community Manager to oversee multiple communities in the Buffalo portfolio. This is an opportunity to lead multiple teams, drive consistency across sites, and play a key role in achieving regional goals. 

What You’ll Do: 

• Lead and develop site team members, driving operational consistency and team performance. 
• Oversee resident relations, ensuring timely resolution of complex issues and promoting a welcoming community environment. 
• Manage day-to-day property operations, including inspections, maintenance oversight, and service delivery. 
• Drive financial performance, including budget achievement, rent collections, and vendor management. 
• Collaborate with regional and corporate teams on strategic initiatives, capital projects, and operational improvements. 

What We Expect from You: 

• 5+ years of experience in property management, with multi-site or large-property oversight. 
• Strong leadership and coaching background. 
• Proven results in operations, resident relations, and budget management. 
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. 
• Proficiency in property management systems and Microsoft Office. 
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between sites.

What You Can Expect from Us: 

• Base Pay: $85,000 - $92,000 / year
