Our attorneys are privy to world-class case docket management software, litigation resources, and a wealth of benefits in service of optimization and case development.</p> <p><strong>Summary</strong></p> <p>Morgan &amp; Morgan is looking for an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join its quickly growing practice of plaintiff's personal injury lawyers and supporting case staff in our offices in Charleston, SC.</p> <p>The&nbsp; Personal Injury Attorney will handle a heavy and complex case load from pre-litigation, litigation, trial prep and trial. Cases may include representing plaintiffs in motor vehicle and other cases in and around Columbia.&nbsp;</p> <p>Our law firm's generous and competitive compensation includes a base salary, guaranteed commission, and competitive ongoing commission fees / bonuses (uncapped), as well as a full benefits package.
