Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for technical products and industrial solutions?Wesgo Ceramics GmbH, part of Morgan Advanced Materials PLC, is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and grow our business in the field of technical aluminium oxide ceramic solutions and brazing metals.

Responsibilities

 

Your Role

As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Driving sales growth across existing and new markets for technical ceramics
  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships with key accounts and strategic partners
  • Taking responsibility for the biggest key Customers yourself
  • Leading the sales team of 10 people
  • Identifying new business opportunities in industrial, medical, and high-tech sectors
  • Developing and executing sales and pricing strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Collaborating with internal teams including production, engineering, and quality to meet customer needs
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to inform commercial decisions
  • Preparing forecasts, reports, and proposals to support business planning

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in technical or industrial sales, ideally within advanced materials, ceramics, or a similar sector
  • Proven track of leadership experience
  • Strong business development and account management skills
  • Ability to understand complex technical products and communicate value to customers
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
  • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required
