Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field- Minimum 5 years of experience in machining or manufacturing engineering, including MCT operation- Strong proficiency in CNC programming such as Mastercam or Equivalent. and CNC Machining Processes- Solid understanding of cutting tools, fixtures, jigs, and process optimization- Experience in NPI, drawing control, and engineering change management- Business-level English & Korean communication (Verbal, Written, Reading)
- Preferred experience leading engineering projects or equipment validation activities- Preferred exposure to CAPEX planning and equipment specification review- Preferred strong cross-functional collaboration and problem-solving capabilities

What you'll do
- The Engineering Specialist will be responsible for CNC programming and providing technical support, as well as managing new product reviews and cost estimations. Additional responsibilities include drawing management, equipment management, process improvement, and addressing quality issues.
