Quality Lead – Rugby (supporting Rugby & Stourport-on-Severn sites) Make quality your business. Literally.This isn’t just about ticking ISO boxes. It’s about making sure what goes out the door is something you’d be proud to put your name on. You’ll be the go-to person for all things quality across two sites, helping keep operations sharp, compliant, and customer-friendly.You’ll report to the EC UK Quality and Compliance Manager and work closely with production, operations, and suppliers. If you like solving problems, improving systems, and making things better (without making a fuss), you’ll fit right in. The RoleYou’ll lead quality efforts across Rugby and Stourport, making sure systems run smoothly, standards are met, and people know what good looks like. You’ll supervise a small team, run audits, and help drive improvements using Lean and Six Sigma tools.
