Onsite – Christiansburg, VAOur Industrial Group - Data Center Cooling Design Team in Christiansburg, VA is seeking an experienced Staff Design Validation & Verification Engineer to play a critical role on a high‑priority team developing next‑generation cooling pump technologies for data centers—an essential and rapidly growing segment driven by global AI demand.
In this role, you will lead comprehensive validation and verification (V&V) activities for advanced pump systems used in mission‑critical data center thermal management. You’ll collaborate closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure robust design performance, regulatory compliance, and exceptional product quality. Salary Range Transparency:
Christiansburg, VA $85,000.00–$150,000.00 AnnuallySalary Range Disclaimer
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Moog salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Moog's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, employee stock purchase plan, an open paid time off policy, and many region-specific benefits.
