To be considered for this role, here’s what you’ll typically need to bring with you:

  • Associate’s Degree in a related Technical Discipline
  • A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience. 
  • Possession of at least one IPC Certification (CIT) and experience certifying operators is a plus

As a Special Process Technical Trainer, you will:

  • ·  Deliver technical training and certification for operators, inspectors, and engineers to IPC standards (J-STD-001, 600, 610, 620, 7711/7721) and NASA standards (8739.1, 8739.4).
  • ·  Serve as the subject matter expert for interpretation and application of industry and workmanship standards.
  • ·  Prepare and maintain workmanship documentation and training materials to ensure compliance and quality.
  • ·  Support engineering teams by providing guidance on standards and best practices for manufacturing and inspection processes.
  • ·  Lead continuous improvement initiatives in training programs to uphold the highest quality and reliability standards.

Salary Range Transparency:

Buffalo, NY $34.00–$39.00 Hourly

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Moog salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Moog's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, employee stock purchase plan, an open paid time off policy, and many region-specific benefits. 

This position requires access to U.S. export-controlled information.
