We are looking for an Embedded Electronics Engineer to join our team!

In this role, You Will:

  • Improve and develop embedded firmware and software, applying a strong foundation in Embedded C for microcontrollers or Verilog HDL for FPGA development, with additional exposure to C#, Python, and/or C++ for Windows-based GUI applications considered an asset
  • Be an integral member of a collaborative product design team, contributing from concept through production
  • Analyze complex technical challenges and develop innovative, practical solutions
  • Work on unique and ruggedized product lines designed for harsh environments, including marine, subsea, and defense applications, incorporating technologies such as HD video, Ethernet networking and Fiber optic communications
  • Collaborate closely with production teams to ensure design for quality, design for manufacturability, and design for testability

What You Bring:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering Technology 
  • Experience working with ARM or other RISC-based microcontrollers 
  • Experience working with software and firmware IDEs
  • Experience in embedded software design using C, C#, and/or C++, including RTOS for real-time applications 
  • Foundational knowledge of analog, digital, and power circuit design 
  • A Strong ability to collaborate effectively within small, interdisciplinary teams 
  • Excellent technical documentation, communication, and presentation skills
