Monte Nido Laurel Hill, located in Medford, MA is a residential treatment program exclusively for adults seeking treatment for Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, or Exercise Addiction. Monte Nido’s treatment approach focuses on the restoration of physiological and nutritional balance, implementation of healthy eating and exercise routines, elimination of harmful behaviors, and development of motivation and treatment engagement. Our objective is to help each client achieve a clear understanding of their eating and/or exercise disorder and its effect on their life, as well as an individualized appreciation of what is necessary for their personal recovery.
We are seeking an Licensed Practical Nurse to join the nursing team!
Pay: $33.75-46.70/hour depending on experience

Responsibilities Include:
Obtaining and recording vitals as needed.
Monitoring and reporting unusual client behavior.
Coordination of pre-admission medical clearances.
Medication administration.
Document promptly and properly.
Liaise with medical staff.
Model healthy eating habits when working during mealtimes.
Qualifications:
Active Practical Nurse license (or be license-eligible).
Experience in residential or inpatient behavioral health and mental health settings is helpful.
Any past work with those overcoming Eating Disorders is a plus.
Must hold active CPR/BLS prior to starting work.

What you'll do
- The Licensed Practical Nurse will be responsible for obtaining and recording vitals, monitoring client behavior, and administering medications. They will also document promptly and liaise with medical staff while modeling healthy eating habits during mealtimes.
