Senior Sales Coordinator

Your Journey

  • Provide excellent customer service to our clients and their guests, third party and direct bookings

  • Maintain visibility and integrity of our department throughout the resort promoting mutual cooperation in assuring our clients are delivered the service as promised

  • Conduct property site inspection tours and educational tours

  • Support and promote the initiatives of the Group Sales team as needed

  • Monitor production of group accounts and credit card accounts

  • Proactive engagement with clients in order to ensure exceptional service delivery and execution

  • Communicate VIP arrivals and ensure guests receive applicable amenities with our internal departments.

  • Create arrival notifications to be distributed and reviewed by leadership for group guests and conduct pre-arrival room checks for guests to confirm cleanliness, amenities and proper setup.

  • Greet guests, prepare personalized pre-arrival communications and ensure guest accommodation(s) are fully prepared for arrival.

  • Review and regularly update the group sales portals to communicate with luxury clientele and ensure full satisfaction

  • Deliver on guests’ expectations and have the desire to create WOW moments

  • Perform additional duties as assigned that may be outside the scope of duties, based on business needs

Must Haves

  • Ability to identify and assist in the development of accounts

  • Ability to act independently with minimal or no supervision

  • Intermediate skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; daily use of nearly all programs will occur

  • Math skills, as well as budgetary analysis capabilities

  • Luxury Hotel experience preferred

  • Able to work a flexible work schedule including weekends and holidays if needed

Physical Requirements

  • Grasping, holding, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending over

  • Ability to stand and exercise mobility for extended periods of time during your scheduled shift

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly and for extended periods during the shift

The pay scale for this position is $33.03. 

The pay scale is the base salary or hourly wage range, exclusive of incentive pay such as commissions, piece rates, gratuities, and the like, that Montage reasonably expects to pay for the position.
