Groundskeeper

We are seeking a Groundskeeper/Porter to help the curb maintain the property curb appeal ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, and has an eye for details. This position provides a great opportunity to work to learn and promote into a Maintenance Technician position. Must enjoy working with people and have a passion for customer service!
Summary: Under the supervision and direction of the Community Manager, this position is responsible for ensuring the overall physical aspects of the community meet the established standards for safety, appearance, of the community grounds. Specific responsibilities include:
- Work with landscapers to maintain the flower beds, plants, and grass
- Pick up trash
- Remove Snow (as applicable)
- Inspect buildings and grounds for safety and cleanliness
- Completes exterior work orders
- Assist the maintenance team with make-readies

The pay rate based on experience is up to $18.50 per hour. $500 Sign-on Bonus and $1,500 Retention Bonus Available.
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS for consideration are:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- English language proficiency (read, speak, and write)
- The ability to pass a full background check
Additional Information:
- The work schedule is Monday-Friday
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle is required
