How you will contribute
IBP Process Ownership:
Lead the monthly Integrated Business Planning (IBP) cycle for DACH, including demand and executive business review
Ensure adherence to established IBP principles, governance, and timelines
Drive continuous improvement of the IBP process, tools, and metrics to enhance forecast accuracy, service levels, and financial performance
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Alignment:
Facilitate effective communication and decision-making across commercial, marketing, supply chain and finance
Challenge assumptions and foster constructive dialogue to identify risks, opportunities, and trade-offs
Ensure alignment between strategic objectives, financial targets, and operational plans
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
Develop and track key IBP performance indicators (e.g. forecast accuracy, bias, service level)
Prepare and present comprehensive reports and insights to senior leadership during the BU Demand Review
Highlight variances, propose corrective actions, and track their implementation
Data Analysis & Insights:
Leverage data analytics to identify trends, forecast drivers, and potential issues within the demand and supply plans
Provide actionable insights to improve planning accuracy and efficiency
Capability Building:
Support the training and development of functional teams on IBP best practices, tools, and methodologies
Act as a subject matter expert for IBP within the DACH region
Enable an effective R&O management process to support transparent cross-functional IBP discussions and alignments
Support the entire DACH organization on optimization and transformational journey
Prepare and facilitate the o9 implementation journey for DACH region
What you will bring
A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:
Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Research, or a related field
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in supply chain, demand planning, S&OP, or IBP roles within a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), manufacturing, or similar industry
Proven experience in leading or significantly contributing to the implementation and maturation of IBP processes
Experience working within the DACH market is highly desirable
Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and their interdependencies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights
Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels
Proficiency in planning software and advanced digital skills
Strong leadership capabilities and ability to drive change in a matrix organization
